Week 5

A new week already
On to week 5 of training plan!

This is what I have to do this week

Mon: Stretch and Strength:
Tue: 4 miles
Wed: 2 miles or cross
Thu: 4 miles + strength
Fri: Rest
Sat: 40 min cross
Sun: 6 miles
total: 16

Sunday I got my next race and it is a hilly 5k at Universal Studios backlot so wont be running 6 miles that day.  I will have to adjust a bit I guess.


Today I did 20 min bike and Strength training.  Back to running tomorrow, 4 miles on the treadmill...would much rather do that outside...but my youngest will be with me so...the gym it is!
