To Higdon or to Galloway
That is the question.
How I am suppose to know what is best for me? I am sure of one thing: my training category is NOVICE!
Galloway is more with time then with distance, not sure I like that and it has more days or rest.
Higdon is all in miles for the running days and I prefer that but the longest run is 10 miles...will that be enough to get me to do 13.1?
I already know that I will need to take walking breaks: to drink for sure and to survive! The Galloway method works good for me for the longer distances.
So the verdict is to Higdon using the Galloway method on the long runs....
lets hope this works!
