She is someone with a heart of gold.

She ran for 24 hours on a freaking treadmill.
She did it.
All for CHARITY.
Emz: You are one of a kind. I am so proud to know you. I admire what you did and most importantly WHY YOU DID IT.
Not many people could do what you did.
I hope that you raised a lot of $ doing this. I know that you helped a lot of people.
You have all my admiration and respect.
I know you are in a lot of pain now, that's is so unfair right?

Went running this morning, 4 miles.
I'd say I am 85% back to normal.
There was a 5k race on the path I use. I did it last year, sadly the worst race ever.
No clock, no bib, we had to STOP at stop lights, it was a joke.

Abso-FREAKING-amazing!!! LOL :) It's beyond my comprehension and also causes me to reflect! Have I ever cared about something THAT much to make such a sacrifice? Challenges me to be better ya know? Caroline...you added so much to this amazing weekend. Thanks you for sending all your tweets... it was so fun. It was so amazing to see and feel all the love for our sweet Emz. I know it meant so much to her. This weekend will be something that will stay with me forever. We need to find a new word to describe her...amazing is just not enough!!!
