THANK YOU my AZ Friend

Wanna know a quality that I appreciate in people?
KINDNESS
I tell my kids every single day to be kind.
I like people who are kind and thoughtful.
I try to be.  I believe that if you "put" good stuff out there it will come back to you somehow.
Thinking of others, it is a beautiful thing, does not always have to be on birthdays or Christmas.
I like people who are kind and thoughtful and have blond hair and can run fast.
I like real mail also.  I like to receive real mail  (not the bills though) I still write real cards and real letters to my friends back home, not just for Christmas and I like to send packages to my mom and my friends just because I miss them.

I like people who are kind, thoughtful, have blond hair, run fast, say freaking a lot, likes weird shoes (you do) and sends packages in the mail.  This gal:

is the best!!  Today I got a package in the mail from my Arizona friend Emz.  She sent me more  Vemma thirst!  Wednesday. I posted about running in the heat and how I REALLY struggle with that and I am limited with what I can drink and or eat as fuel on LR because of major GI problems.. You can read here.. and just like magic this package arrives to help me fight my new enemy; the HEAT.  Guess what I am taking on my long run tomorrow?

(Hmm no I did not change to take these pics, I was really wearing that today, in fact I had this shirt on to take the kids to swimming lessons and I overheard 2 moms say that they were happy their kids could not read the back of  my shirt!!!! ha ha ha!!!! really?  I think I will wear it every day next week just for them)

THANK YOU Emily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MERCI!!!!!!!!!!

What bad influence CK?
Is that picture of Emz scaring you? It would scare me if I was the one about to enter a contest with her...

Ok. I so do not deserve this.
You my friend---you are the kind one.

And. I. FREAKING. Laughed. Out. Loud. When I read the part about the moms being grateful their kids couldn't read the shirt.......holy crap. It's "freaking" not eff'ing!! Soooo funny.

On the OF comment---he's old. He's crotchety. It's what old people do.

You. Are. Awesome.
Rock that run tomorrow. And way to go mini-urban!

I'd be curious what you think about the Vemma. I've tried one of their other products. Oh this stinking heat, I am so tired of it already and it's really only just begun.

Yes, I am very scared. EMZ is not human. I already blogged about that. So, it's not really fair having a contest with an Alien. Apparently, she is nice to some people too. I am not speaking from personal experience.

When I first entered the blog world and started looking around I found this ripped ab, poka-dot sleeve wearing, super fast blogger and thought - huh, who is this Kara Goucher wanna be??? But when I started reading her and finally met her, I found that she is 100% sincere, kind, and awesome! EMZ is the real deal! And her family is awesome too. Her husband could crush me without breaking a sweat. The package was a very kind and thoughtful gesture! Enjoy!

Yes, EMZ is one tough lady and I wouldn't want to be in a contest with her. :) I also love real mail. Doesn't happen often enough.

That's so sweet. How have I never heard of Vemma? Hope it helps.
Really? Freaking is offensive? Maybe they lost their reading glasses!
