Today I ran 5 miles. In the heat again..but I went 2 hours earlier and it was not as bad as it has been this week..but still very warm and at slower pace and without the waking breaks this time. I had not done 5 miles since my injury got worst a month ago...at mile 4 I felt some pain but nothing sharp. I am planning another 5 miler tomorrow.
I got new glassses. First time I change my frame in over 20 years! I am low maintenance like that...:)

I have super bad vision and only wear my glasses at night after I remove my contacts. I hate the way that I look in my glasses and yet to find frames that I think look somewhat decent on me. You look good in glasses by the way!
I'm low-maintenance with glasses too. I still have the frames the Peace Corps gave me 10 years ago....And you DO look good in your new ones!
