Nuun Application for Hood to Coast

I am on TAPER week.
Rest day today.
I already feel weird wearing jeans at 7:30 am.

Thank you for the comments on my last post.  I made the mistake of sending the pictures to my parents.  That got me a lecture from my dad and that made me feel like I was 12 all over again.  It is not that he wants me to be heavy like I used to be but like he said "10 extra lbs would not hurt".  I love my dad.  He is a big softy.

2 readers emailed me about weight loss.  I put the emails in a separate folders and I meant to respond but I deleted the folder by mistake.  I am sorry.  But to answer real quick. 

• 1.  No I did not do Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig.
• 2. No I don't participate in the blog thing where people post pics of what they eat, I think on Wednesday?   You can see what I eat pretty much every single day here over at Jason's blog.

I was not sure if I should post my video for the Nuun team for Hood to Coast.
I see some people are posting it so I will post it here.
