The Hollywood Half stuff looks really nice!! I think I will pick my stuff up regardless if I run it or not!! I want to see your video!! I hope you get in!! I have heard so many good things about Big Sur! Run the marathon not the half :)

ReplyDeletei looked that the Big Sur Half year and it was on my Maybe list for this year. But it turned out to be the Same weekend as the SGK 3-Day walk in San Diego and I am currently signed up for that. Maybe 2013 I will make it to California for a half.

ReplyDeleteBig Sur has always been my impossible dream, I read of this race on RWs magazine (USA issue because at that time the italian one didn't exist) when I began to run. The atmosphere, the landscapes, the organization are something of wonderful.
Good luck for the next race and .... to the guitarist for his near brilliant career.

My buddy Elizabeth at runningforbling.com is training for Big Sur (the full). I think you should sign up for the half, but you knew I would say that!
so funny kim posted about me bc i was about to tell you to do Big Sur for sure!! I did the full last year and wanted to experience the “real course” this year (had to do an out and back bc of road washing away last year). i’m applying for hood to coast too!! hope we both make it :)
