Sauter du coq à l'âne

Sauter du coq à l'âne?
For sure Anne knows what this means.  Maybe XLMIC and maybe Chris K.

What does it mean? Well literally: "to jump from the rooster to the donkey", makes no sense I know.  It really means to jump from one subject to another.

Enf of French lesson.

Here's some Sauter du coq à l'âne:

- Ran 3 miles today.  I did a tempo run.  Wanted to see if it is easier outside than on the treadmill.  Turns out it was.  Only problem is when I got home I realized it was too short for this week.  Was supposed to be 40 min tempo.  I ran 3 miles in 28 min.  Today I was supposed to do just 3 miles easy and tomorrow the 40 min tempo.  Tomorrow I am on the treadmill so I will do some intervals to make up for the shorter speedwork from today.  I can do intervals on treadmill but tempo it is better outside.  I am much slower on the treadmill then I am outside that is for sure.

- I got my personalized bib for Neil's  May 1st, 2011, Cool Kids Virtual Marathon!

The real one is in color, I just ran out of ink and I cannot  figure out how to upload the Pdf file to this post.  The blond hair on my head, all natural.  Anyway I love my bib! Thank you Neil!

- I sent my brackets.  Let's just say that me and the President of the USA don't agree.

Here's his pick.  Ohio over Duke.  I don't think so.  Kansas? Maybe.  I got them winning in one bracket and DUKE on the other.  I think it will be Duke/Kansas on the last day.  Oh and Aztecs all the way to Elite 8 Mister President.



I got these from school today.  They made me happy.  California's next top model? Just kidding!!!

    Love the race bib. Is that a Nordiques logo? Aren't they out of the league? I am continually amused by your Duke comments. And Connecticut beating SDSU. Give me a break Mr. President. We will see.

    Kinda hard when you start getting so fast... you have to run further to get enough of a workout when it's based on length of time run ;-)
